4. Booking and Payment

5. Transport Safety and Responsibilities
5.1 Luggage and Animals
- The price in the booking confirmation includes the number of pieces of luggage specified in the booking form.
- Excess luggage, bulky luggage (such as a wheelchair), weapons, or animals must be specified during booking.
- The chauffeur reserves the right to refuse transportation of luggage, weapons, or animals that were not pre-approved or are not safely housed in a closed and suitable transport container.
- If additional luggage, weapons, or animals are accepted, additional charges may apply.
5.2 Transport of Children and Minors
- Children: Clients must specify if child restraints are required and provide details about the number and age of children being transported.
- Minors: Unaccompanied minors may be refused service based on local laws governing minor transportation.
5.3 Passenger and Luggage Limits
- Each vehicle has a set limit for passengers and luggage, which will be communicated at the time of booking.
- The chauffeur may refuse service if the number of passengers or luggage exceeds the safety and space limits of the vehicle.
5.4 Impeded Transport
- The chauffeur may refuse transport if required details (e.g., luggage, animals, child seats) were not properly communicated during booking.
- If transport is denied due to missing information, the client may still be charged for the service.
5.5 Delays
- We strive to provide timely service, but delays due to factors like weather, traffic, or air travel disruptions may occur.
- Clients must accept potential longer wait times or short-notice cancellations in exceptional situations.
5.6 Cancellations, Rebookings, and No-Shows
5.6.1 Cancellations
- Cancellations are free if made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
- If cancellation occurs within 24 hours of pickup, the full price will be charged.
5.6.2 Rebookings
- Rebookings are treated as new bookings. The cancellation policy applies to the original booking.
5.6.3 No-Show Rides
A ride is considered a no-show if the client does not appear within:
- 30 minutes of the agreed pickup time for standard rides.
- 60 minutes for airport and long-distance train station pickups.
- No-show rides must be fully paid, except if the client and chauffeur have agreed on a later pickup time by phone.
- For hourly bookings, if the client does not show by the end of the booked hours, the ride is considered a no-show and must be fully paid.
5.7 Behavior in the Limousine
- Clients must follow all traffic regulations, including wearing seat belts.
- Opening doors while the vehicle is in motion, throwing objects, or shouting from the vehicle is prohibited.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited. Cleaning costs due to smoking violations will be charged to the client.
- Eating is discouraged, and alcohol may only be consumed with prior approval.
6. Client Responsibilities
- Clients must provide accurate booking details, including pick-up/drop-off locations and preferred schedule.
- Clients must respect the vehicle and chauffeur, refraining from causing damage or engaging in inappropriate behavior.
- Any damages caused by the client to the vehicle will be charged accordingly.
7. Company Liability
- We strive to provide timely and professional services but are not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, road conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
- We are not liable for any lost or stolen items left in our vehicles. Clients are encouraged to check their belongings before exiting the vehicle.
- Our chauffeurs reserve the right to refuse service to any individual who poses a risk to safety, including but not limited to, individuals displaying aggressive behavior, intoxication, or refusal to comply with safety regulations.
- We are not responsible for any missed flights, meetings, or other time-sensitive engagements due to factors beyond our control. Clients are advised to book their transportation with ample time to accommodate possible delays.
- While we take all necessary precautions to ensure a safe and comfortable ride, we are not liable for any personal injuries or damages resulting from the use of our services, except in cases of proven negligence by our company or employees.
- In the event of a vehicle breakdown, we will make reasonable efforts to provide an alternative solution, but we are not responsible for any inconvenience or additional costs incurred by the client as a result.
